Our Service offers both free and premium access tiers. Free users may access a limited number of articles. Additional access may be unlocked through promotional activities as described on our platform. We reserve the right to modify access tiers and unlock mechanisms at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

The content on our Service, including AI-generated summaries, curated quotes, design elements, and branding, is owned by or licensed to 降噪. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Original source content (interviews, podcasts, videos) remains the intellectual property of their respective creators. We provide links to original sources for reference purposes.

9. Payment and Refunds

If you purchase premium access or any paid features through our Service, all payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (Creem). By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of checkout.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment by contacting us at lookforbupt@gmail.com. After the 7-day period, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period after the 7-day guarantee window.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
